Effective date: October 20, 2026
Morales Injury Law ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through moralesinjurylaw.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Site. Information you share with us after you become a client is governed by our attorney-client relationship and our professional duty of confidentiality.
Contacting us does not make you a client. Sending us a message through the Site, by phone or by email does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential details about your case until we have confirmed in writing that we represent you.
We collect only what you choose to give us and limited technical information about how the Site is used.
Contact details: your name and phone number, which you enter in our contact form.
Your message: what happened and any details you choose to share in our contact form.
Call information: your phone number and the time of your call when you call us or tap a "Call" button on the Site. Our receptionist service may answer and note your name, number and reason for calling.
Usage information: pages viewed, time on the Site, the page you came from, buttons tapped (such as "Call") and whether the contact form was sent, collected by Google Analytics using cookies and similar technology.
Device and connection information: IP address, browser type, device type and approximate location (city or region), collected automatically by our hosting providers and Google Analytics.
We do not ask for, and ask that you not submit through the Site, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records or other sensitive information. If you do, we will treat it with care, but please wait until we confirm we represent you.
To respond to you and evaluate whether we can help with your matter
To schedule consultations and follow up on your inquiry
To check for conflicts of interest, as the rules governing lawyers require
To understand which pages are useful and improve the Site
To keep the Site secure and prevent spam and abuse
To comply with the law, court orders and our professional obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share information only in these limited ways:
Webflow hosts the Site and delivers contact form submissions to us.
Cloudflare provides our domain name service and helps protect the Site from attacks.
Microsoft (Microsoft 365) provides our firm email, where form notifications and your emails are received.
Google (Google Analytics) measures how visitors use the Site.
LEX Reception and phone carriers: LEX Reception, our virtual receptionist service, answers calls on our behalf and records your name, contact information and reason for calling so it can pass your message to us. Phone carriers connect the calls.
These providers process information on our behalf to run the Site and our communications. We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights or safety of our clients, our firm or others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our practice, consistent with our ethical obligations.
The Site uses Google Analytics, which places cookies (small text files) in your browser to count visits and see how people use the Site. Google may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites, as described in Google's Privacy Policy. We use these reports only in aggregate, to improve the Site and understand which pages lead people to contact us. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
Your choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the Site will still work. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for responding to these signals, so the Site does not currently respond to them. The choices above still let you limit analytics.
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you, check for conflicts of interest, and meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations. If you become a client, your information becomes part of your client file and is kept as the rules governing lawyers require. Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Analytics account, after which it is deleted.
The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and our email and hosting providers use industry-standard security. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send highly sensitive information through the Site.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. A parent or guardian contacting us about a child's injury should share only what is needed for us to respond.
You may ask us to review, correct or delete the personal information you submitted through the Site by emailing info@moralesinjurylaw.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to our legal and professional obligations to keep certain records.
Nevada residents: Nevada law (NRS 603A.345) lets you direct a website operator not to sell certain personal information. We do not sell personal information. If you want to submit a request anyway, email info@moralesinjurylaw.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out Request."
Residents of other states: Some states give additional privacy rights. If you live outside Nevada and want to make a request, contact us at the address above and we will respond as required by the law that applies to you.
The Site may link to other websites, such as Google reviews. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the Site.
